General FAQs
1.Are you a walk-in clinic?
Yes, we are a walk-in clinic. We also provide family doctor's continued services.
2.Are you accepting new patients?
We are accepting new patients. We are also open to walk-in patients.
3.Is there any female doctor?
We have no female doctor currently. However, we are in the process of getting one or two female doctors soonest.
4.Is there any Hindi/Punjabi speaking doctor?
While our physician does not speak Hindi/Punjabi, our medical office assistant speaks Hindi/Punjabi and provides excellent interpretation.
5.Are you open on weekends?
We are open six days a week including Saturdays. We intend to include Sundays when our physician numbers increase.
6.Is there any doctor doing prenatal care?
We provide complete prenatal care till 20–28 weeks gestation for low-risk pregnancies. During this period, patients will be screened, all necessary tests done, maternity education given, and treatments/supplements administered as needed. After this period patients will be transferred to PCN/hospital care till delivery.
7.Are you doing driver's medical? If so, how much does it cost?
We do driver's medicals and other insurance/legal documentary services. We have discounted driver's medical fees for seniors.
8.How many sessions does a facial treatment take?
Different facial conditions require different treatment modalities. The number of sessions depends on the type of skin problem and treatment type. These are discussed at your first free consultation. Estimates: Laser hair removal: 6–8 sessions; Laser Genesis: 4–6 sessions; 2D facials: 4–6 treatments; Photofacial: 4–6 treatments.
9.Is there a recovery period, or do I need to take time off work?
These are office-based procedures that do not require recovery time at home or booking off sick. A client can come for a procedure during the workday and return to work immediately after.
10.Do you do Botox, fillers, wrinkles, redness, melasma?
We provide services for Botox, wrinkles, age spots, naevi, vascular markings, fillers, and more. We are also developing a special injectable therapy for melasma which is proving to be highly effective compared to current conventional treatments.
11.How much do aesthetic services cost?
Fees vary according to the skin condition and services provided. Procedure fees start from $25 per session (e.g. hair removal). Discounted packages are available, and clients who refer another client receive a referral bonus of up to $40 or a free procedure. A further 10% discount applies to our aesthetic packages.
12.What are your business days and hours?
We are open Monday–Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Our hours are flexible to accommodate pressing circumstances — early appointments, after-hours schedules, and weekend arrangements can be made on special request.
